1. Overview
This Return & Refund Policy applies to international orders placed through CNSpecialVehicle for Chinese special vehicles, including fire trucks, dump trucks, fuel tank trucks, crane trucks, refrigerated trucks, sanitation vehicles, ambulances, recovery trucks, and other commercial vehicles.
Due to the nature of vehicle manufacturing, customization, export documentation, and international shipping, returns and refunds are handled according to the confirmed contract, proforma invoice, or written agreement.
2. Customized Vehicle Orders
Most special vehicle orders are produced or configured according to customer requirements. Customized vehicles, special-order models, branded vehicles, modified configurations, and vehicles prepared for export are generally not eligible for return unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3. Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled only before production, customization, procurement, inspection, or export preparation begins. Once production or export procedures have started, cancellation may be subject to actual costs incurred, including manufacturer deposits, customization fees, inspection fees, documentation fees, and logistics costs.
4. Vehicle Inspection Before Shipment
Before shipment, we may provide vehicle photos, videos, factory inspection records, test reports, or third-party inspection support upon request. Customers are encouraged to confirm vehicle specifications, configuration, quantity, and export documents before shipment.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Vehicles
If a vehicle is damaged during transportation or does not match the confirmed order details, please contact us immediately after arrival and provide clear photos, videos, inspection reports, and shipping documents. We will coordinate with the manufacturer, freight forwarder, or insurance provider to review the issue.
6. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered only under specific circumstances, such as:
- The order cannot be fulfilled due to manufacturer or supply issues.
- The vehicle differs materially from the confirmed written specifications.
- A cancellation is approved before production or export preparation begins.
- A refund is required under the signed contract or applicable law.
7. Non-Refundable Costs
The following costs are generally non-refundable once incurred:
- Manufacturer deposits and production costs.
- Customization, modification, branding, or configuration fees.
- Inspection, testing, certification, and documentation fees.
- International shipping, port, customs, storage, and insurance fees.
- Bank charges, transaction fees, and third-party service costs.
8. Return Shipping
Due to the size, value, documentation requirements, and customs procedures of special vehicles, international vehicle returns are complex and may not be accepted unless clearly agreed in writing. If a return is approved, the customer may be responsible for return freight, customs duties, taxes, insurance, storage, and related costs, unless the issue was caused by our confirmed error.
9. Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed according to the agreed payment terms and original transaction method where possible. Processing time may vary depending on bank procedures, international transfer requirements, and financial institution policies.
10. Dispute Resolution
Customers are encouraged to contact us first with complete order details and supporting documents before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback. We will review the issue and work toward a fair business solution.
