8. Shipping Insurance
Cargo insurance can be arranged upon customer request. We recommend purchasing marine cargo insurance for international shipments to minimize transportation risks.
9. Shipping Delays
Delivery schedules may be affected by production adjustments, customs inspections, shipping line schedules, port congestion, severe weather, government policies, or other events beyond our reasonable control.
10. Damaged or Missing Cargo
Customers should inspect vehicles immediately upon arrival. If any damage or discrepancies are discovered, please notify us within the agreed inspection period and provide supporting photos or videos. We will coordinate with the shipping carrier and manufacturer to assist with the investigation.
