5000 Liters Dongfeng Dollicar 4x2 Aviation Refueler Truck

The Aviation Refueling Truck (also known as an Aircraft Refueler or Helicopter Refueler) is designed for the transportation and dispensing of aviation fuels such as Jet A-1 (Kerosene) and Avgas (Aviation Gasoline).

Tanker Body: The tank is constructed from lightweight 5182 Aluminum-Magnesium alloy sheet. This material offers superior corrosion resistance, ensures fuel cleanliness, and prevents contamination while reducing overall vehicle weight.

Fuel Pump: Equipped with a high-efficiency Aluminum Alloy Centrifugal Pump. It delivers a flow rate of 80 or 300 L/min for hose reel refueling and up to 700 L/min for pipeline transfer, with a working pressure of 0.25 MPa.

Flow Meter: Features a high-precision (0.2%) Roots Flow Meter with a 50mm diameter for accurate fuel dispensing.

Filter Separator: Rated for a flow of 400 L/min and a working pressure of 1.0 MPa (max differential pressure 0.15 MPa). It meets the stringent requirements of API 1581 3rd Edition to ensure fuel purity.

Automatic Rewinding Reel: Includes a heavy-duty hose reel with a 15-meter hose (customizable length available) in either 25mm or 38mm diameter.

Ball Level Gauge: A stainless steel float inside the tank connects to a 10-inch Aluminum alloy dial on the side, providing real-time, clear visualization of the liquid volume.

Operation & Control System: Features a centralized, independent control room. Instrumentation includes a pump inlet vacuum gauge, pump pressure gauge, RPM indicator, and filter differential pressure gauge. Controls include a main power switch, lighting switch, emergency stop, pump speed regulator, and a combination switch for operating the refueling valve, circulation/filter valve, sampling valve, and bottom valve.
