The tank has an effective capacity of 5 cubic meters and is manufactured from high-strength Q345R pressure vessel steel. The tank features a 10mm shell and 10mm elliptical heads, with a design pressure of 1.61MPa. The vehicle is equipped with complete safety systems, including emergency shut-off valves, safety valves, pressure gauges, temperature gauges, anti-static grounding devices, fire extinguishers, and a float-type liquid level gauge. All pipelines and valves are connected by flanges with metal spiral wound gaskets to ensure maximum sealing performance and operational safety.
