Chemical Tank Truck Trailer

The vehicle is equipped with a lined plastic pipeline system, DN100 stainless steel PTFE-lined pneumatic bottom valve, DN80 PTFE-lined ball valves, and an emergency shut-off system to ensure safer and more efficient loading and unloading operations. The tank top adopts dual full-plastic manhole covers with acid-resistant trays and is equipped with plastic breathing valves, anti-wave baffles, EBS braking system, ABS, air suspension, and a bottom valve voice alarm system to effectively improve transportation safety and driving stability. The rear section is fitted with dual discharge outlets, PVC pipe tubes, unloading hoses, and protective valve boxes for convenient operation and maintenance.

The chassis adopts FUWA air suspension axles, 12 vacuum tires, 28-ton heavy-duty landing gears, and a JOST 50# king pin, offering strong loading capacity and excellent performance for rough roads and long-haul transportation. The entire vehicle is coated with epoxy resin anti-corrosion paint to further enhance rust-proof and corrosion-resistant performance.
