Additional configuration details: The tank is square-round with a volume of 5 cubic meters. It features a central aluminum alloy manhole with a built-in breather valve, manual aluminum alloy guardrails on both sides of the top, and a removable aluminum alloy rear ladder. The control cabinet (aluminum alloy) includes an explosion-proof light and an electrostatic reel. The refueling pump is a high-power centrifugal pump (mechanical seal type). 

The flow meter is a Hefei Jingda Instrument 0.2-level accuracy, 50mm diameter rotary valve. The stainless steel filter separator is a 5-core filter (including 2 separators and 3 coalescing filter elements). Gravity refueling is achieved using a 15-meter aviation kerosene hose reel with a dedicated aviation kerosene nozzle. An electronic level gauge and integrated control system are included. The unloading box on the left side of the tank is equipped with an oil and gas recovery system and a 5 km/h voice alarm switch is installed according to new regulations. A red emergency shut-off valve button is installed at the rear of the tank (the 5 km/h voice alarm switch is not installed on export vehicles). 

One standard aluminum alloy toolbox, two drain hoses of the same length as the tank, aluminum alloy round barrels on both sides of the tank, each with a 1-inch drain valve at the front end, all boxes are equipped with container lock bars for easy locking, rubber plugs are installed at the bottom of the outlet box, and plastic fire extinguisher cartridges (4KG) are equipped on both sides of the rear of the tank. 

The tank top surround is equipped with an aluminum alloy anti-slip mesh walkway, and the rear protection is an I-beam bumper made according to the announcement photo, with equal length top and bottom, and the lower layer can be moved and tilted backward. All vehicle accessories are made of aluminum alloy, with special dangerous goods markings, anti-static drag strips, and aluminum alloy anti-slip corrugated plates sealing the gaps in the rear beams of the chassis. Aircraft refueling truck performance parameters:

Tank body: Made of high-quality aluminum alloy, lightweight, large capacity, corrosion-resistant and pollution-free, ensuring fuel quality.

Refueling pump: High-power centrifugal oil pump (mechanical seal type), 1-inch reel refueling nozzle with a flow rate of 70L-90L/min (optional 1.5-inch reel refueling nozzle with a flow rate of 150L-250L/min), pipeline pumping flow rate of 700L-800L/min, working pressure of 0.25MPa.

Flow meter: 0.2 grade accuracy, 50mm diameter rotary valve flow meter.

Filter separator: Rated flow rate 400L/min, rated working pressure 1.0MPa, maximum allowable pressure difference 0.15MPa.

Gravity refueling reel: Automatic reset reel, refueling hose diameter 25mm, length 15m. Level gauge: Stainless steel float inside the tank, 4-inch aluminum alloy dial on the left side of the tank, clearly showing the current liquid volume inside.

Operating system: Centralized control from an independent control room. Instrument indicators include pump inlet vacuum gauge, pump outlet pressure gauge, filter differential pressure gauge, etc. Valve operation includes main power switch, lighting switch, refueling speed control knob, circulation filter valve, sampling valve, and bottom valve control combination switch, etc.

Functions:

1. Reel refueling—Fuel from the vehicle's tank, after filtration and metering, is injected into the aircraft fuel tank or other receiving equipment via a gravity refueling nozzle on the reel hose in the control room.

2. Pump filtration—Fuel from the vehicle's tank or external pipelines, after filtration, is returned to the vehicle's tank or other receiving equipment via the pump outlet connector, achieving a circulation filtration function.

3. Tank filling—Fuel is filled from the bottom of the tank using a connector valve connected to an external pipeline, or the oil can be pumped using the vehicle's own pump.
