Cargo Box Manufacturing Technology

Production Process The cargo box is integrally formed on a vacuum & hydraulic adsorption integrated production line with sandwich composite bonding technology, meeting the national Class A thermal insulation standard.

Panel Materials Inner and outer panels adopt high-quality domestic fiberglass featuring low light absorption, superior heat insulation, high rigidity and strong oxidation resistance. The intermediate insulation layer is made of XPS extruded polystyrene board. The floor is equipped with an integral fiberglass base plate, and labyrinth rubber sealing strips are installed around door frames for enhanced airtightness.

Standard Fittings Stainless steel door locks, hinges and door frames are fitted as standard; energy-saving LED interior lamps are installed inside the cargo box.

Optional Upgrades

·      Cargo box side door, ventilation channels, detachable cargo guide rails are available as options.

·      Two types of refrigeration units are selectable: temperature controllable down to -5°C or -15°C.
