Refrigerated Cargo Box Assembly

1.Manufacturing Technology

The cargo box is integrally formed via vacuum and hydraulic adsorption integrated production line with sandwich composite bonding structure, complying with national Class A thermal insulation standard.

2.Panel Materials

Inner and outer wall panels are made of premium domestic fiberglass, featuring low light absorption, excellent heat insulation, high structural rigidity and outstanding oxidation resistance. The intermediate insulation layer adopts XPS extruded polystyrene board with an overall box thickness of 8 cm. The floor is laid with aluminum checkered plates, and labyrinth rubber sealing strips are fitted at door edges for reliable cold insulation and air tightness.

3.Box Fittings

Aluminum alloy edge wrapping around the full perimeter of the box, stainless steel corner protectors, stainless steel door locks, stainless steel door frames and hinges, as well as energy-saving LED interior lamps are equipped as standard.

Equipped Optional Extras

Domestic well-known refrigeration unit with minimum temperature of -15°C, side access door, full stainless steel inner lining and cargo ventilation channels are installed.
