Tank Body Specifications

Tank Material: 5182 aluminum alloy sheet; 6 mm-thick tank shell, 6 mm-thick head plate and 6 mm-thick partition plate, single-compartment lightweight anti-static and explosion-proof tank design.

Tank Structure: Horizontal cylindrical tank with internal anti-surge baffles and reinforcing rings; two European standard manholes on tank top plus one newly regulated intelligent self-closing emergency bottom valve.

Fuel Loading & Unloading System

Complete set combining top loading and bottom loading configuration, including unloading valve, vapor recovery unit, overfill prevention probe and anti-static hose reel; fitted with dedicated 80-60 fuel pump enabling both pump-in and pump-out operations.

General Introduction of Fuel Tank Trucks

Fuel tank trucks, also known as mobile refuelers, tax-controlled refueling trucks and petroleum transport vehicles, are specially designed for transportation and temporary storage of petroleum derivatives including gasoline, crude oil, diesel, lubricating oil and coal tar, as well as aircraft fuel and edible oil.

Equipped with multi-functional loading and unloading assemblies adaptable to diverse working conditions, these vehicles support oil suction, pump delivery and separate loading & discharging of different oil products.

The specialized superstructure consists of tank body, gear oil pump, power take-off, transmission shaft and pipeline assembly. Tank bodies manufactured by Chengli are commonly made of carbon steel, stainless steel or aluminum alloy.

The piping system is composed of fuel pump, two-way ball valve, four-position three-way ball valve, filter screen and connecting pipelines.
