Technical Specifications

1. Manufacturing Process: The cargo box is produced on an integrated forming production line with vacuum and hydraulic adsorption, bonded via sandwich composite technology, featuring Class A national-grade thermal insulation performance.

2. Panel Material: Inner and outer skins are high-quality domestic fiberglass with favorable light resistance, heat insulation, high hardness and oxidation resistance. The intermediate insulation layer is XPS extruded polystyrene board with an overall box thickness of 8cm. The floor adopts patterned aluminum plate, and labyrinth-type rubber sealing strips are fitted around door edges.

3. Box Fittings: Aluminum alloy edge wrapping around the compartment, stainless steel corner protectors, door locks, hinges and door frames, plus energy-saving LED interior lights inside the cargo box.
