• Upper Structure & Crash Cushion Module: The cargo box is constructed from high-quality Q235 national standard steel plates. The rear of the box is equipped with an 80K crash cushion module utilizing internationally renowned technology. The crash energy-absorbing module mainly consists of an onboard crash cushion pad and a guide sign frame, serving as a protective buffer behind construction vehicles. In the event of a rear-end collision, it creates a buffer zone between the striking vehicle and the forward construction area. By deforming its structural components to absorb impact energy, it maximizes the reduction in the risk of collisions with protected personnel and equipment.
• Hydraulic System: The high-performance hydraulic system enables rapid lifting and lowering operations, facilitating convenient equipment transport and relocation. It features a one-touch start function for the lifting and lowering of the crash cushion device. Additionally, an automatic warning alarm will sound if the crash cushion device is not fully lowered to the working position or completely raised to the vertical transport position.
