Upper Body & Modified Configuration:

• Tank Volume: Total capacity of approximately 22 cubic meters.
• Tank Material & Construction: Constructed from 8mm high-quality carbon steel. The front end cap is 6mm thick, while the rear end cap and internal end cap are 8mm thick.
• Access & Vents: Each of the fresh water tank and suction tank is equipped with one cement tank manhole on top with an air interconnection vent. The fresh water tank features fire-fighting water inlets on both sides. Includes a DN100 water-sewage interconnection port. The rear end cap has a segmented observation window for sewage volume. Internal stainless-steel ladders are installed in both tanks.
• Lifting System: Mid-mounted dual-cylinder lifting mechanism equipped with limit valves.
• High-Pressure Cleaning System: Powered by a Shuangyao / Pinfl 350 L/min high-pressure pump with a dual-inlet design and an enlarged filter. Includes a winter water-blowing function.
• Reel System: A hydraulically rotating gear reel is mounted on the rear end cap, equipped with 100 meters of DN22/DN25 high-pressure hose.
• Suction System: Driven by a refurbished 430/460 HP auxiliary engine paired with a 258 water circulation pump.
• Discharge & Valve System: A 700mm hydraulically operated small cover is located at the lower part of the rear end cap. The hydraulic pipes are laid out using galvanized seamless steel pipes. Rear valves include one DN150 discharge valve, one DN100 discharge valve, and one DN100 suction inlet with an internal suction pipe. Additionally, there is a DN150 bypass discharge valve on the lower right rear side.
• Storage & Accessories: Left and right toolboxes feature linkage-type locking mechanisms. Includes one 10-meter suction hose.
