Upper Body & Modified Configuration:

• Tank Layout: Total capacity of 21 cubic meters. The front compartment is a fresh water tank (6 cubic meters), and the remaining volume is allocated to the suction tank.
• Tank Material & Construction: Constructed from high-quality carbon steel. The cylinder is 8mm thick, the front end cap is 6mm thick (reinforced), and the internal and rear end caps are 8mm thick. The suction tank bottom is lined with stainless steel, and anti-surge baffles are installed inside for reinforcement.
• Lifting System: Mid-mounted dual-cylinder tipping mechanism.
• Interconnection & Vents: Features a DN100 ball valve for water-sewage interconnection and an air interconnection vent on top. The fresh water tank has fire-fighting water inlets on both sides and a DN65 drain valve at the bottom.
• Access: The fresh water tank and suction tank each feature one cement tank manhole on top and an internal stainless-steel ladder.
• High-Pressure Cleaning System: Powered by a Lishen 350 L/min high-pressure pump with an enlarged filter barrel and a winter water-blowing function.
• Reel & Hose: A hydraulically rotating reel is mounted at the rear, equipped with 100 meters of DN22 high-pressure hose, one water cannon nozzle, and one floor washing gun.
• Suction System: Driven by a refurbished 430 HP auxiliary engine paired with a Shandong Bofulai 258 water circulation pump.
• Discharge & Valve System: The rear cover is non-opening, but a 700mm hydraulically operated small cover is provided. Rear valves include one DN150 discharge port, two DN100 discharge ports, and one DN100 suction inlet with an internal suction pipe (thickened feed inlet elbow: 8mm + 10mm). Additionally, there is a DN150 bypass discharge port on the lower right rear side, and a DN100 fresh water valve on the right rear side.
• Storage & Lighting: Two-tier toolboxes are installed on both sides of the rear tail. Dual arrow warning lights are mounted at the rear. Includes one 10-meter suction hose.
