The Dongfeng 6×2 Flammable Liquid Transport Truck is built on a Dongfeng Tianjin chassis and powered by a Yuchai YCS06245 engine with FAST 8JS95TE-C transmission, offering strong power performance and reliable operation for long-distance hazardous liquid transportation. With a 20,000L tank capacity and 15,000KG payload, the vehicle is equipped with dual 6-ton front axles, 10-ton rear axle, and 295/80R22.5 tires. The tank body is manufactured from high-quality 304 stainless steel, featuring 4.5mm tank and baffle thickness with 5mm end plates. It is suitable for transporting methanol, ethanol, acetone, toluene, xylene, ethyl acetate, gasoline, and other flammable chemical liquids. The truck is equipped with a stainless steel bottom valve, audible and visual alarm system, overfill prevention probe, vapor recovery device, static grounding reel, and full stainless steel pipeline system to ensure safe and efficient loading and unloading operations. Dual top manholes, foldable guardrails, walkway, and rear ladder provide convenient operation and maintenance.

The vehicle is fitted with an 80-60 copper-core pump supporting both pump-in and pump-out functions for different working conditions. Optional carbon steel tank body with 16mm polyethylene anti-corrosion lining is also available for transporting more corrosive media.
