1. Fuel Tank and Structure
The 20,000L aircraft refueling truck is equipped with a high-quality 5182 aluminum alloy fuel tank, featuring excellent corrosion resistance, a lightweight design, and no contamination of aviation fuel. The tank has an elliptical structure with a wall thickness of 5.6 mm and an end wall thickness of 5.8 mm, ensuring durability and a long service life. Specifically designed for the transport of aviation kerosene and gasoline, the tank is equipped with a bottom loading/unloading system, a vapor recovery system, and an overflow protection device to ensure safe operation.

The HOWO 20,000L aircraft refueling truck is equipped with a large-capacity pump-and-filter system with a flow rate of up to 2,500 liters per minute. This system includes an advanced fuel distributor, a flow meter with an accuracy of 0.2 liters, a vapor separator, HEPCV underwing nozzles (flow rate 1,200 liters per minute), and a DN63 refueling hose with a hydraulic reel. The system supports both pump-in and pump-out operations and is equipped with safety controls, pressure regulators, a sampling system, and multiple safety valves to ensure efficient and accurate refueling performance
