HOWO 30000L Fuel Tank Truck

The HOWO 30000L Fuel Tank Truck is built on a SINOTRUK HOWO 6×4 heavy-duty chassis and powered by a Weichai WP12S400E201 diesel engine, matched with HW19710 10-speed gearbox and HW70 PTO system, providing strong power for long-distance fuel transportation and tough road conditions. Equipped with HW76 cabin, MCX16ZG double rear axles, VGD95 front axle, and 12.00R20 off-road tires, this Fuel Tank Truck offers excellent loading capacity and stable performance for export markets.

The tank capacity is around 30–35CBM and made of high-quality Q235 carbon steel, suitable for transporting diesel, gasoline, kerosene, and other fuel media. It supports single or multiple compartments with pump-in and pump-out functions. Optional flow meter, high-flow fuel dispenser, and 15-meter automatic retractable hose reel improve refueling efficiency. This Oil Tank Truck also includes rear ladder, toolbox, oil pipes, fire extinguishers, anti-rust coating, and customizable paint options.

For the upper structure, all main weld seams are inspected by X-ray testing according to GB18564.1-2019 standards using advanced single-side welding with double-side forming technology, ensuring excellent safety and durability. The tank surface undergoes full sandblasting treatment followed by pre-assembly, baking paint, and final assembly, improving paint adhesion and corrosion resistance.
