Precautions for Oil and Refueling Vehicles

1. Verify that the anti-static drag belt at the rear of the vehicle is grounded properly and all equipment is functioning normally.

1. Insert the electrode into moist soil to eliminate static electricity and avoid fire hazards.

1. Ensure the clutch control lever, power take-off lever, control valve switch are in the right positions, the throttle is turned to the minimum, and all ball valve handles are correctly placed.

1. Check the lubricating oil level in the pump gearbox and replenish gear oil if it is below the standard level.

1. Add priming fluid to the pump body in advance when there is no liquid in the oil pump. For new vehicles in first use, priming fluid is a must to prevent pump damage from dry running.

1. Confirm that the discharge pipeline, discharge valve and delivery pipe are empty and clean, ensuring all pipelines are compatible with the loading and unloading medium.

1. When pumping liquid out, keep rotating equipment away from the tanker to avoid entanglement. Stop the pump promptly after draining and then close the valve.

1. In case of emergency, immediately close the emergency control valve to cut off the system.
