 1. Crane Configuration

Crane Model: Jiangwei 7200 (140 ton)

Adopts 4-section hydraulic boom + 2-section manual pull boom.

Maximum working radius: 17.5 m;

Maximum lifting height: 20.9 m.

Lifting capacity (horizontal distance):

140 tons at 5.2 m horizontal radius;

88.5 tons at 6.8 m horizontal radius;

21 tons at full boom extension.

Optional accessories: wireless remote control, winch, moment indicator, counterweight frame, etc.

2. Chassis Configuration

National VI SINOTRUK HOWO 5-axle truck, new T7 cab.

Wheelbase: 1950+3625+1375+1350 mm.

Equipped with fully imported MAN 460 HP engine, HOWO 12-speed transmission, 1200 steel radial tires, 16-ton rear axle, and 300mm double-layer frame.

4. Overall Structure

The upper part adopts a fully foldable design to maximize cargo carrying space.

It adopts hydraulic lifting and telescopic system to realize cargo lifting, slewing and hoisting.

It is commonly mounted on cargo trucks.The whole set consists of truck chassis, cargo box, power unit and crane mechanism.

Fitted with advanced power system and transmission device, it can rapidly complete heavy-load lifting and horizontal movement, greatly shortening single operation time.

In large logistics warehouses, it enables fast loading and unloading to improve logistics turnover efficiency.
