This 65m³ (33-ton) LPG semi-trailer (also known as a Propane/Butane/Cooking Gas Transport Trailer or LPG Dispenser Trailer) is engineered for robust performance in the demanding African environment. It is the ideal solution for safe, efficient, and high-volume LPG (Propane) transportation. Manufactured to strict international standards and equipped with premium components, it ensures durability, safety, and exceptional operational performance.
High Capacity & Durable Design
Featuring a massive 65m³ (33-ton) capacity (Dimensions: 13750×2550×3995mm), this tri-axle trailer maximizes cargo efficiency. The tank is crafted from high-strength Q365R steel (12mm inner wall, 14mm elliptical heads) with a 1mm corrosion allowance. It undergoes full-furnace heat treatment (650-640°C) for superior stress relief and long-lasting durability.
Designed for Safety & Compliance
Built to operate across a wide temperature range (-19°C to +65°C) with a working pressure of 1.61 MPa (16.1 Bar). Safety is paramount, featuring 2 safety valves, emergency shut-off handles, and an emergency brake button. The unit undergoes rigorous testing, including 100% hydraulic testing (2.12 MPa) and X-ray welding inspection.
Efficient & Reliable Operation
Equipped with a high-performance American-brand Corken LPG vane pump and a precise Coriolis mass flow meter for accurate loading and unloading. A 15-meter rubber hose paired with a Rego filling gun ensures both operational flexibility and safety.
Robust Chassis & Drivetrain
Adopting a stable tri-axle structure with 13-ton FUWA axles, mechanical leaf spring suspension, and a reliable WABCO braking system (with spring brakes), this trailer is specifically designed for African road conditions. It comes with 12R22.5 tubeless tires (including 1 spare tire).
Complete Safety & Utility Package
Includes a Rochester magnetic float level gauge, pressure/vacuum gauge, thermometer, dual fire extinguisher brackets, grounding cable, sunshade canopy, DN650 manhole cover, and a comprehensive tool kit for road emergency preparedness.
