Product Details
Chengli 18-ton pure-electric sweeper-washer, built on the mature Dongfeng Tianjin EQ1180GEVJ1 4×2 electric chassis.
Equipped with a CATL lithium iron-phosphate battery of 282 kWh at 618.24 V; equal-speed cruising range reaches 410 km.
The sweeping operation consumes roughly 40–50 kWh per working hour; the chassis motor delivers a maximum 160 kW while the superstructure motor is rated at 80 kW.
The larger battery gives longer range and the higher-capacity superstructure motor keeps strong sweeping power even in heavy-load working conditions.
Schneider electric controls with U.S. sensors, water-overflow alarm, reversing camera, tail-mounted electric control panel and LED arrow board.
Purpose-built for long-distance, high-intensity wet sweeping of urban main roads, ring roads, large economic-development zones, scenic areas and ports.
