Complete Configuration Description

The vehicle is powered by the chassis battery and driven by a permanent magnet synchronous motor with real-time speed regulation as required. The power take-off operation is independent of the chassis driving system, delivering superior operation experience.

The garbage bin is constructed from high-strength Q345 manganese steel and fitted with a tail sewage tank. It is equipped with photoelectric sensors, Hepros hydraulic cylinders, multi-way directional control valves and gear oil pumps, as well as VALQUA sealing rings imported from Japan. It adopts manual-electric integrated CAN bus control system with an operation unit installed inside the cab.

A bin lifting turnover frame or triangular hopper comes as standard tail equipment, while a large ground-mounted hopper and swing arm hopper are optional add-ons. The standard compaction valve greatly raises garbage density and boosts single loading capacity. A Hansheng controller is equipped for whole vehicle control.
