Upper Body & Modified Configuration:

• General Dimensions: Strictly manufactured according to the official announcement dimensions.
• Tank Volume: Total capacity of approximately 33 cubic meters.
• Tank Layout: The front compartment is a fresh water tank (with fire-fighting water inlets on both sides) with a volume of 8-9 cubic meters. The remaining volume is allocated to the suction tank.
• Tank Material & Construction: Constructed from 8mm high-quality carbon steel. The front end cap is 6mm thick, while the rear end cap and internal end cap are 8mm thick. The bottom of the suction tank is lined with a stainless-steel plate, and carbon-steel anti-slip platforms with guardrails are installed on both sides of the top.
• Access & Vents: Each of the fresh water tank and suction tank is equipped with one cement tank manhole on top, an internal stainless-steel ladder, and an air interconnection vent. A drain valve is installed at the bottom of the fresh water tank.
• Interconnection & Gauges: Features a DN100 water-sewage interconnection port and a thickened observation tube for sewage volume (installed according to the position in the announcement drawing).
• Lifting System: Mid-mounted dual-cylinder lifting mechanism (equipped with safety supports and limit valves).
• High-Pressure Cleaning System: Powered by a 350/500 L/min high-pressure pump with a dual-inlet design, featuring a filter barrel and a winter water-blowing function. A hydraulically rotating gear reel is mounted on the rear end cap, equipped with 80 meters of DN22/25 high-pressure hose.
• Suction System: Driven by a refurbished 420 HP auxiliary engine paired with a 258 water circulation pump.
• Discharge & Valve System: An 800mm hydraulically operated small cover is located at the lower part of the rear end cap. The rear suction valve and discharge valves are installed according to the announcement drawing, featuring DN150 and DN100 discharge valves, and a DN100 suction inlet with an internal suction pipe. Additionally, there is a DN100 discharge port on the rear side of the tank, and a DN150 discharge port at the lower right rear (pneumatically controlled).
• Storage & Lighting: A two-tier toolbox is installed at the rear. Dual arrow warning lights are mounted at the rear tail.
• External Access: Climbing ladders are installed on both sides of the vehicle body.
• Other: Remaining configurations follow the factory's standard specifications.
