Upper Body & Modified Configuration:

• Integrated Tank: Total volume of approximately 13 cubic meters. The front compartment is a fresh water tank (4 cubic meters), and the remaining volume is allocated to the suction tank.
• Tank Material & Construction: The cylinder and end caps are 6mm thick, utilizing fully automatic welding. The partition between the fresh water and suction tanks is reinforced to 8mm. The large rear cover is non-opening, but a DN500 hydraulically operated small cover is provided.
• Access & Vents: A cement tank manhole is added to the top of the suction tank, while the fresh water tank features a standard water truck manhole.
• High-Pressure Cleaning System: Powered by a 250 L/min high-pressure pump with a dual-inlet design, featuring a filter barrel and a winter water-blowing function.
• Reel System: A hydraulically rotating reel is mounted on the rear end cap, equipped with 80 meters of DN19 high-pressure hose.
• Suction System: Equipped with an SK-15 water circulation pump (with a carbon-steel water tank). Includes one 10-meter suction hose with connectors.
• Valve & Discharge System: The two tanks are interconnected via a DN100 ball valve. A DN100 discharge valve is located next to the rear hydraulic small cover at the lowest point (tilted downwards), and a DN150 discharge port is installed on the DN500 hydraulic small cover. Additionally, there is one DN100 side suction port. The feed inlet elbow is thickened (8mm + 10mm).
• Safety & Lighting: Anti-slip walkways and guardrails are installed on top of the tank, along with platform guardrails on both sides. Fire-fighting water inlets are located on both sides of the fresh water tank. A sewage observation tube is installed according to the official announcement position, accompanied by one LED lighting lamp.
