  • Product Description: EPA-Z002 is a waterborne acrylic-modified epoxy ester resin. It is characterized by fast drying, rapid hardness development, exceptional initial water resistance, and excellent weathering resistance.

  • Product Characteristics: Can be infinitely diluted with water, appearing as a semi-transparent emulsion. It is soluble in alcohols, alcohol ethers, and low-grade ketones. When using other solvents, please test the resin's solubility, stability, and the solvent's effect on the paint film beforehand. Compatibility and stability tests must be conducted before blending with any other resins.

  • Product Applications: Waterborne direct-to-metal (DTM) anti-corrosive coatings and topcoats. When blended with amino resins, it can be utilized in low-temperature metal baking paints (100°C), waterborne baking insulating varnishes, and mechanical baking primers.

  • Packaging Specifications: 200kg/drum, 25kg/drum

  • Storage Conditions: Store indoors in a sealed container at 5–30°C, protected from light.

  • Shelf Life: 12 months
