Waterborne Acrylic Modified Epoxy Resin EPA-Z003
-
Product Description: EPA-Z003 is an acrylic-modified epoxy ester resin. It delivers excellent adhesion, superior flexibility, outstanding salt spray resistance, high gloss, and excellent pigment dispersibility. It can accommodate a high loading of fillers, effectively reducing paint formulation costs.
-
Product Characteristics: Partially neutralized; it can be well-dispersed in water to form a semi-transparent emulsion. To ensure the stability of the waterborne paint, it is recommended to add an appropriate amount of DMEA (Dimethylethanolamine) during the paint preparation process. The dosage of co-solvents such as alcohols and glycol ethers should be determined via testing.
-
Product Applications: Formulating air-dry or low-temperature baking metal anti-corrosive paints and enamels.
-
Packaging Specifications: 200kg/drum, 25kg/drum
-
Storage Conditions: Store indoors in a sealed container at 5–30°C, protected from light.
-
Shelf Life: 12 months
